Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has made special arrangements for registering the complaints of valued customers of Islamabad-Rawalpindi during holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The spokesman for PTCL Business Zone North Islamabad said on Sunday that during Eid-ul-Fitr holidays from 1 to 5 October, it has chalked out a special plan to register complaints about faulty phones and other telecom services.
The staff under the supervision of Senior Manager (Operations) Islamabad-I Tanveer Ahmed Cheema would register the complaints of customers of Islamabad-Rawalpindi at phone number 051-2275992 round the clock during Eid-ul-Fitr's holidays. Tanveer Ahmed can be contacted on Mobile No. 0333-5138507 for further guidance and particular complaints. The special complaint service has been launched for valued customers of twin cities during Eid-ul-Fitr holidays in addition to PTCL normal "18" complaint service.
